Creator Terms & Conditions

To participate in the Creator/Affiliate Program, applicants must submit an application through the website creator portal. Participation is subject to review and approval by Sayani's Creation administration, based on content quality, social media presence, niche compatibility (handloom sarees, ethnic wear, fashion, lifestyle), and successful verification of contact information (WhatsApp / Email OTP).

The program operates on a 30-day referral tracking model:

• Cookies are set in the customer's browser upon clicking your creator referral link (containing ?ref=...).
• Purchases made within thirty (30) days of clicking your link are attributed to your account, provided the user has not cleared cookies or used another creator link subsequently.
• System logs tracking parameters including device type (mobile, desktop, tablet) and campaign parameters.

Commissions are calculated based on net product values:

• Net Price Calculation: Commission applies strictly to the net product selling price, excluding shipping fees, GST, and packaging charges.
• Discounts Applied: If a promo code is redeemed at checkout, commission is calculated on the discounted net price.
• Returns & Cancellations: Orders returned or cancelled within the return window do not qualify for commission. Any initial credit is automatically adjusted.

• Hold Window: Commissions remain in pending status for 3 days post-delivery to allow for return processing.
• Payout Date: Confirmed earnings are settled on the 10th of every month.
• Minimum Threshold: The minimum earnings balance required for payout dispatch is ₹500. Balances below ₹500 rollover to the following payout cycle.
