Creator Terms & Conditions

1. Enrollment Eligibility

To participate in the Creator/Affiliate Program, applicants must submit a complete application through the website registration portal. Participation is subject to review and approval by Sayanis Creation admin, which is based on content quality, social media presence, niche compatibility (specifically saree, traditional apparel, fashion, lifestyle), and successful verification of contact information (WhatsApp/Email OTP).

2. Cookie Policy & Referral Tracking

The program operates using a 30-day tracking cookie model:

• Cookies are set in the customer's browser upon clicking a referral link (containing the parameter ?ref=...).
• Purchases made by the referred customer within thirty (30) days of the click will be attributed to the creator, provided the customer has not cleared their cookies or used another creator's link subsequently.
• The system logs tracking attributes including device categorization (desktop, mobile, tablet) and UTM campaign variables.

3. Commission Calculation Rules

Commissions are calculated based on the net values of transactions:

• Product Price Only: Commissions are calculated on the net product price paid by the customer, excluding shipping charges, packaging costs, and applicable taxes (GST).
• Discounts Excluded: If a coupon code or promotional discount is applied to the checkout basket, the commission is calculated on the discounted net price.
• Cancellations & Returns: Orders that are returned, cancelled, or rejected (RTO) before or during the return window will not qualify for commission. Any commission initially credited on checkout will be reversed upon return.

4. Payment Schedules & Rollovers

Payments are processed and settled on a monthly basis:

• Hold Period: Commissions remain pending for a minimum of three (3) days from order delivery to account for customer returns and cancellations.
• Payout Date: Confirmed commissions are calculated on the 1st of the calendar month and scheduled for payment on the 10th of the calendar month.
• Holiday Rollover: If the 10th falls on a Sunday or official bank holiday, the payout schedule shifts to the next operational business day.
• Threshold: The minimum balance required to trigger a monthly payout is ₹500. Balances below this threshold will roll over to the subsequent month.

5. Prohibited Behaviors & Termination

Self-referrals (using own referral link to purchase products), spamming promotional links, bidding on trademarked keyword search strings (e.g., Sayanis Creation), or using false representations are strictly prohibited. Sayanis Creation reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate creator profiles and void all accumulated pending balances for violation of these rules.
