📋 Return Policy Summary
You may return eligible items within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Return is initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- The item is unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
- All original tags and labels are still attached.
- The item is in its original packaging (poly bag, dust bag, box, etc.).
- You have the original invoice or order confirmation.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or made-to-order items (e.g., stitched blouses with custom measurements).
- Items that have been washed, worn, or altered.
- Items with removed tags or missing original packaging.
- Lingerie, innerwear, and intimate apparel.
- Accessories and jewellery (for hygiene reasons).
- Sale or clearance items marked "Final Sale".
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling.
How to Initiate a Return

Raise a return request within 3 days of delivery via:
- The Sayanis Creation app → My Orders → Return
- Email to support@sayaniscreation.in with your order number and reason.
- WhatsApp us at +91 7063474409.
- Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility within 1–2 business days.
- Once approved, pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to our address.
- Share the courier tracking ID with our support team after dispatching.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund (see Refund Policy).
Return Shipping Cost
- Defective / Wrong item received: Return shipping is fully covered by Sayanis Creation. We will arrange a pickup or reimburse courier charges.
- Change of mind / Size exchange: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Important Notes
- Sayanis Creation reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
- Items found to be damaged, worn, or missing tags upon inspection will be returned to the customer at their cost.
- Return requests raised after 3 days of delivery will not be entertained under any circumstances.
