Return Policy Summary

You may return eligible items within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

Return is initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery.
The item is unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
All original tags and labels are still attached.
The item is in its original packaging (poly bag, dust bag, box, etc.).
You have the original invoice or order confirmation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Customized or made-to-order items (e.g., stitched blouses with custom measurements).
Items that have been washed, worn, or altered.
Items with removed tags or missing original packaging.
Lingerie, innerwear, and intimate apparel.
Accessories and jewellery (for hygiene reasons).
Sale or clearance items marked "Final Sale".
Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling.

How to Initiate a Return

Raise a return request within 3 days of delivery via:
- The Sayanis Creation app → My Orders → Return
- Email to support@sayaniscreation.in with your order number and reason.
- WhatsApp us at +91 86707 38021.
Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility within 1–2 business days.
Once approved, pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to our address.
Share the courier tracking ID with our support team after dispatching.
Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund (see Refund Policy).

Return Shipping Cost

Defective / Wrong item received: Return shipping is fully covered by Sayanis Creation. We will arrange a pickup or reimburse courier charges.
Change of mind / Size exchange: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Important Notes

Sayanis Creation reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria.
Items found to be damaged, worn, or missing tags upon inspection will be returned to the customer at their cost.
Return requests raised after 3 days of delivery will not be entertained under any circumstances.
Creator Attribution: Returns, cancellations, or reverse shipments (RTO) of items bought using a creator/affiliate link will result in a cancellation of the corresponding referral commission.
