Sayanis Creation currently ships only within India. We do not accept or ship international orders at this time. Orders placed from outside India will be cancelled and refunded.
We deliver to all major cities, towns, and rural areas across India through our trusted courier partners including Shiprocket, DTDC, BlueDart, Delhivery, and India Post.

Shipping Charges
- Orders above ₹999: Free shipping.
- Orders below ₹999: A flat shipping fee will be displayed at checkout based on your location.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): An additional handling fee of ₹30–₹50 may apply for COD orders.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST or on Sundays/public holidays will be processed the next business day.
For customized or made-to-order items (e.g., blouse stitching), please allow an additional 2–5 business days for preparation before dispatch.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via:
- Email to your registered email address
- WhatsApp message to your registered mobile number
You can also track your order from the My Orders section of the Sayanis Creation app or by visiting our website.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package is damaged in transit or appears tampered with, please:
- Take photos/video before opening the package.
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@sayaniscreation.in.
- We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
